I embarked on developing the first prototype of a new Durex Digital Vending Machine, marking my initiation into my first UX projects. The digital vending machine was presented for the first time at the Cosmofarma Exhibition 2023, an annual event aimed at engaging top offline and online pharma channel customers through trend analysis, strategic insights, and new product launches. Throughout the development process, I provided comprehensive support to the client, collaborating closely with the design and development teams from conception to operationalization.
